Membership Application 

The Rabbit Hole Adelaide is a curated private members lifestyle club.

Membership is free, but at our discretion, as is ongoing membership. Applications are carefully considered to ensure members align with our values and contribute positively to the atmosphere and experience we strive to create.

Please fill in the application questionnaire link below and upload two recent photos with your application. One should be a recent full-body photograph (clothed) and the other photograph from a dressed-up social event (e.g. at a wedding). All information and photographs will be kept private and confidential.
